MS Word is a widely used word processing software that allows users to create, edit, and format text-based documents. Open MS Word

Margins
The Margins feature in the Layout tab allows users to adjust the margins of the page. To access the Margins feature, click on the Margins button located in the Page Setup group. A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select pre-defined margin settings or customize the margins by clicking on the Custom Margins option. Once you have made your desired changes, click on the OK button to apply the changes to your document.
Columns
The Columns feature in the Layout tab allows users to create multiple columns in a document. To access the Columns feature, click on the Columns button located in the Page Setup group. A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select pre-defined column settings or customize the columns by clicking on the More Columns option. The More Columns dialog box will appear, allowing you to adjust the number of columns, column width, spacing, and line between columns. Once you have made your desired changes, click on the OK button to apply the changes to your document.
Breaks
The Breaks feature in the Layout tab allows users to insert breaks into the document. To access the Breaks feature, click on the Breaks button located in the Page Setup group. A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select the type of break you want to insert into your document. The available options include a page break, a column break, a section break, and a continuous break.
Watermark
The Watermark feature in the Layout tab allows users to add a watermark to the document. To access the Watermark feature, click on the Watermark button located in the Page Background group. A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select a pre-defined watermark or customize the watermark by clicking on the Custom Watermark option. The Printed Watermark dialog box will appear, allowing you to select the type of watermark you want to use, the font, the size, and the color. Once you have made your desired changes, click on the OK button to apply the changes to your document.
Page Borders
The PageBorders feature in the Layout tab allows users to add borders to the page or the text. To access the Page Borders feature, click on the Page Borders button located in the Page Background group. The Borders and Shading dialog box will appear, allowing you to select the type of border you want to use, the style, color, width, and placement of the border. You can also choose to add a shadow or a 3-D effect to the border. Once you have made your desired changes, click on the OK button to apply the changes to your document.
Paragraph
The Paragraph feature in the Layout tab allows users to adjust the alignment, indentation, spacing, and other settings for the text. To access the Paragraph feature, click on the Paragraph button located in the Paragraph group. A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select the type of alignment you want to use, the indentation, line spacing, and other settings.
Arrange
The Arrange feature in the Layout tab allows users to arrange the objects in the document. To access the Arrange feature, click on the Position button located in the Arrange group. A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select the type of position you want to use, such as aligning, grouping, rotating, or flipping the objects. You can also access the Layout dialog box by clicking on the dialog box launcher located in the lower right-hand corner of the Arrange group. The Layout dialog box allows you to access more advanced settings for the object positioning and wrapping.
